I must say November is birthday month. I know at least 8 people (my boyfriend included) who celebrated/will celebrate their birthdays this month. They all must have been conceived on Valentines Day. That explains it!
As I mentioned in my previous recipe post, it is a tradition in the Philippines to serve noodles during birthdays. So I am dedicating this recipe to my friends (in the order of their birthdays) Del A, Buboy D, Lisa C, Seana of Cottage Grove House, Angie D, Sarah P and Wayne M. Happy birthday to you all!
The crispiness of the radishes and crushed coated peanuts make this dish stand out from amongst all stir-fried noodles I have cooked before. I’m totally proud of this recipe. Like I am proud to have found friends who were conceived on Valentines Day ツ
